About our data

Kajkarma Tender shows three kinds of records, always labelled:

• Live · official fetched automatically from an official portal by an ingestion run.
• Official snapshot captured from public official portal pages and imported; may be out of date.
• DEMO · fictional fictional fixtures for demonstration. They are never mixed into the official counts.

Rules we follow

• We do not bypass captchas, logins or paywalls. Where a portal requires a captcha (search listings, document downloads), we link you to the portal.
• Fields not printed by the source are shown as “Unknown”. We never estimate values, invent contacts, or assume exemptions.
• Tenders leave the active list the moment their bid-submission deadline passes.
• Downloaded documents are verified by their bytes; HTML pages disguised as PDF/DOC/XLS are rejected.

  No adapter: the site disallowed automated fetching (robots) when checked on 2026-10-19.
• West Bengal eProcurement — captured official snapshot — https://wbtenders.gov.in/nicgep/app
  Records captured from public wbtenders.gov.in pages in a desktop browser session; imported from a JSON file.
• Demo fixtures (fictional) — https://demo.kajkarma-tender.invalid
  Fictional records for demonstration only.
• POWERGRID official published tenders and awards — https://apps.powergrid.in/pgciltenders/u/
  Public official listings; no login or CAPTCHA bypass.
